1. How can I pay for my Kiwi Deals order?
You can pay for your order with MasterCard or Visa. Because time is of the essence we don’t currently accept bank transfers, cash or cheques as payment.
2. Is it safe to purchase from Kiwi Deals?
Yes, our checkout pages are securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit cards are verified in real time using DPS. Please click here to view the DPS privacy policy or here to view our terms and conditions.
3. What will you use my email address for?
If you become a Kiwi Deals member you will receive a daily email to let you know about the specials that are about to start. Your email address will also be used to send information to you relating to your orders but that’s it.
4. How many products can I buy at a time?
Each product will have a limit that each person can purchase. You can order up to this limit for each of the two products. These limits will differ from product to product and will help ensure that there’s plenty of each deal to go around.
5. Can I purchase more than one deal at a time?
Yes, once you hit ‘I want it’, the product will be added to your shopping basket and you will be taken to your shopping basket page. From here you can proceed to the checkout to finalise the transaction or you can click ‘continue shopping’. You can view your basket at any time by clicking the ‘basket’ link at the top of the page. Please note that you may be charged more freight for multiple purchases (depending on the size of the product purchased).
6. Where are you based?
Kiwi Deals is based in Frankton, Hamilton.
7. How do you charge shipping cost?
To keep shipping costs as low as possible, shipping costs are charged depending on the broad area you live in (local Hamilton, North Island, North Island Rural, South Island, South Island Rural). If you buy more than one product we can combine shipping if under a certain size / weight, but the larger items will incur multiple shipping rates.

9. Do I need an account?
You don’t need to create an account to purchase from Kiwi Deals but account holders and daily alert subscribers may be entitled to special offers and freebies.
10. What happens if a product sells out?
Well…better luck next time, I’m afraid. New deals will begin from noon each day, even if one or both of these products sells out in less than 24 hours. We do our best to have enough stock on hand so that everyone has a fair chance however some deals just exceed everyone’s expectations.
11. Do you do back orders?
Despite doing everything we can to make sure our stock counts are accurate there may be occasions where we are unable to fill your order. We will contact you as soon as a problem comes to our attention and offer a store credit to the same value of your purchase or a full refund. We cannot back order or offer a rain checks - all deals will be a first in, first served basis.
12. How long will it take to receive my order?
We run a well oiled machine with orders being processed Monday to Friday in order to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. We aim to have your order to you in less than four working days; however, there are times when delays are beyond our control. If there are any known delays we will notify you of this when you place your order. If your parcel is being delivered to a rural address delivery may take an extra one or two days.
13. Do you ship orders to PO Box addresses?
No sorry. You must provide a physical address with your Kiwi Deals order for delivery for the most efficient and reliable delivery service.
14. Can I make changes to my account?
Yes, simply log in to your account and check your details using the links at the bottom left of the home page or click here to log in to your account.
15. Can I see items I’ve ordered from Kiwi Deals in the past?
Sure can – you can check out your order history by using the links at the bottom left of the home page or by clicking here.
16. Can I return products I have bought from Kiwi Deals?
If the product you purchased is faulty then please let us know as soon as you can. Due to the high stock turnover we may not be able to replace the item so in this case we will either repair the product or refund the purchase price, at our discretion. We won’t accept returns unless the product is defective.
